Jules-Aimé Péclard, distiller of parochialism

Jules-Aimé Péclard is a local craftsman who distills spirits. His business is flourishing. He guides us in his quest for the ingredients needed to produce one of the jewels of our craft, from village to village, from canteen to canteen, from procession to procession. Last but not least, for the first time on film, he allows us to witness the subtle process of the distillation of parochial spirit.
